Even a virtual restaurant requires staffing. Sub Rosa is no different.

Our staff works very hard preping the meals, selecting the music, serving the food, cleaning up afterwords and all with a smile.

We are lucky to have such wonderful people supporting us in this venture. Where else but Sub Rosa do you find a bevy of beautiful women who not only know how to mix a mean drink but can debug a web site with the same aplomb as they can talk technical with the wine makers who drop by.

Meet Ann Roles and her staff of worker bees.

These women are Goddesses in a modern sense. They epitomize the sacred feminine and all the mystical and powerful ideals held by women from Mary Magdalene to Zena - Warrior Princess. While you may not be invited to a hieros gamos ceremony by these gals, they will make you feel right at home when you visit us at Sub Rosa.
