Reviews and Links about Sub Rosa
Clearly Sub Rosa has caught the imagination of people around the globe in a way we had not expected. To dine, drink and dance the night away in your own secret and private wine bar is something a lot of people evidently want to do.
Below are some of the ink about Sub Rosa since it launched in January 2005. In truth, Sub Rosa has been around for years here in Dundee, Oregon. It was finally time to share the magic with the world. In the Fall of 2007, Sub Rosa morphed into a craft distillery where we make some very interesting distillates. You can read the reviews here.
There were a flurry of on-line stories about our nude barbecue and clothing optional dining policy, in November 2009. Most of them got the story wrong, but hey they at least gave us some ink. Here are the links:

Sub Rosa started as a web exercise and a way to showcase the food, wine and music we love. Little did we expect to get the sort of attention we've received. After the first year, we stopped collecting stories and blog links. Three years later, Sub Rosa has morphed into an Oregon micro-distillery making culinary inspired spirits.
